People often brew ginger in boiling water to make tea.

I also have somewhat weak digestion, and my husband often has a lingering cough and phlegm, so I always make ginger tea and drink it occasionally.
When eating meat or eel, adding a few pieces helps eliminate the fishy taste of the meat or eel, and the distinctive fragrant aroma of ginger can be felt in the mouth, which further enhances the flavor of the meat🤤🤤

I tried making ginger tea.
The ginger was grown and given to me by my parents, but when I put it in the kimchi refrigerator, it was slightly frozen 😅
If I leave it like this, my parents who worked hard on the farm will be distressed, so I hurriedly made it because I thought it would be a waste to throw everything away.
Some of them are slightly spoiled, so I discarded the spoiled ones and only prepared the edible parts.

I mixed it with honey like this and stored it in a sterilized glass jar. Whenever I need it, I pour a little into my tea, or I put it on my meat to enjoy a sweet and savory flavor!! Haha

I made this myself as well, and this time I used less sugar, so there are fewer sugar crystals haha.
Still, I thought it would be better for health to have less sugar, so I adjusted the amount of sugar.
I made this like this and stored it in the refrigerator, then took it out when I was hungry. It tastes good and is good for my health^^
 
There are many ways to use ginger like this~
We usually don't run out of ginger at our house.
