[Health Tip] Manage your skin troubles at home with Jaungo.
A friend who makes and uses cosmetics from natural products,
While giving a gift of Jaeun-go, I personally make and write the Jaeun-go myself.
I found out about Jaeun-go, but
That sister was talking about the benefits of Jaungo.
1. Soothing various skin itching.
2. Making dry skin moist
3. Itching relief for mosquito bites and insect bites
Apply to bruised skin
5. When applied to atopic dermatitis, chapped lips, etc., it soothes and keeps the skin moist.
Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...
It feels like a nearly all-purpose ointment, so I recommend it.
Honestly, at first I was half skeptical! It's not even like I'm introducing tiger balm or something, haha.
However, upon searching, I found that Jaungo is a product commonly used in traditional medicine as a natural ointment, natural cream, or natural moisturizing balm.
My acquaintance's older sister has been making her own natural ingredients for over ten years, using good quality natural materials, and her children and family all use them. She also makes them for her acquaintances.
I also try it with my children and myself... I feel the benefits of Jaungo and keep it stocked in the refrigerator to use.
I ordered Jaungo again recently this year as well. Haha.
This is the Jaungo Balm that my older sister made herself last year and the Jaungo Lotion she sent as a service.
I always keep it in the refrigerator and apply it whenever I need it.
Since my sister makes it herself, sometimes it turns out in a beautiful pink color like this, and other times it doesn't.
It sometimes appears with a slightly light brownish tint.
Isn't the color really beautiful? Since it's in a night form, you can easily apply it anywhere. I even make sure to pack it in my cooler bag when I travel because it helps with skin troubles, insect bites, and bruises.
It's being used all over the place.
During the summer, children would often develop heat rashes that looked like eczema, causing quite a fuss. But after applying Lidomax just once a day and then frequently applying Jaungo to soothe the itching, the symptoms improved.
Now that summer is coming, the mosquitoes will be very active.
Last year, I used Jaeun-goo to soothe the itchy areas where I was bitten by mosquitoes, and once the swelling and itching subsided, I applied Hamsoa cooling gel stickers to prevent scratching. After a few days, the symptoms subsided, and it was helpful.
I've been using it for four years now, and I really use Jaungo in many different ways!!!
Applying Jaeun-go soothes bruised areas, making the bruise disappear much faster than leaving it alone.
Whether bitten by mosquitoes, experiencing contact dermatitis, or having heat rash... applying it relieves itching.
Dryness around the mouth and lips during winter... excellent moisturizing power!
Jawon-go used all over the skin!!
Jaeun-go is said to contain 13 to 18 medicinal herbs, depending on the individual or the traditional Korean medicine clinic that prepares it.
Since it's a natural product, it's much safer than ointments containing regular steroids.
Still, for truly severe skin conditions, steroid ointments like Lidomax must be used.
If you apply this ointment to relieve severe itching first, then you can use Jaungo to help the skin regenerate.
The composition of Jaeun-go is said to be primarily made up of Homa-yu, Baeknap, Jageun, Danggui, Donji, and Miltap.
Homa-yu is sesame oil, Donjae is pork fat~.
These five medicinal herbs are used as the base, with added effective skin disease herbs such as licorice, white sophora root, white paper, huanglian, and huangbai.
Although the herbal compositions vary slightly from clinic to clinic, some replace certain ingredients with olive oil or other types of oil to reduce the aversion to the unique scent of Homa-yu. However, root, angelica, and beeswax are essential medicinal ingredients that must be included.
Jageun is called Jachoo, and it is the most important ingredient of Jachugo, and the 'Ja' in Jachugo is also derived from here.
The characteristic red color of Jaungo is also due to the cochineal. Cochineal has also been used as a natural dye.
The root contains the compound sikonin, which has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antitumor effects. Recently, the antiviral properties of sikonin have also attracted attention.
When applied to a localized area, it has been experimentally shown to enhance capillary permeability and suppress edema, and when administered orally, it also promotes wound healing and exhibits anti-inflammatory effects. Additionally, the self-healing extract is said to inhibit the secretion of histamine, thereby calming inflammatory allergic reactions induced by mast cells.
Angelica root has traditionally been known for its nourishing, blood-boosting, and blood-activating properties. Experimentally, it is said to have analgesic effects and anti-inflammatory actions. It is also considered effective for wound healing and disinfection.
Beeswax is refined from beehives and has been used for various purposes such as preventing decay for a long time. Do you all know propolis? Propolis is well known as a natural antibiotic, and recently, its antibacterial properties in beeswax have gained attention, and it is said to be used for wound healing and skin conditions.
Even if it is good, you shouldn't blindly apply it just because you have skin trouble.
When there is severe pus and secondary infection, using Jaungo can worsen the skin condition, so it should never be used when the skin is moist and macerated like this.
Since it is recommended to use it after regenerating the skin, as long as you keep that in mind, I think Jaungo, a natural skin disease treatment, is very good for our child's precious skin~
