Yogurt / Black Sesame Porridge

Fried egg fried egg

Non-debt seasoned stonecrop water kimchi, cubed radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi

 

My stomach isn't feeling wellㅠ

I plan to avoid processed foods (no processed foods, no flour), no carbonation, and no coffee for a month.

My stomach hurts again, so even if I don't do anything, it keeps hurting.

    저도 위가 안좋은데.. 안좋다는 음식 여전히 못끊고;;; 정신 못차림;;;;
    체기가 이주 넘게 가고 있는데;; 저도 정신 좀 차리고 식이조절 좀 해야겠어요
