Fasting health food

I am practicing intermittent fasting, where I only drink water from dinner until breakfast, maintaining an empty stomach. Therefore, my first meal after a long fast is light. I usually have one meal a day focused on protein. I also heard that the order of eating is important, so I start with vegetables or fruits, eat protein first, and then have carbohydrates at the end.
