Tofu Doenjang Soup and Seasoned Black Beans
Seasoned perilla leaves, seasoned buckwheat leaves, seasoned spinach, stonecrop water kimchi, simmered burdock root, cubed radish kimchi, Napa cabbage kimchi, broccoli + cucumber + choganjang (fermented soybean paste sauce)
I added goat milk shake because of a protein deficiency.
I liked that there were many seasoned vegetables!
Short interval between breakfast and lunch, so I ate a little!
