Healthy tips for finding and eating substitute foods!!
My personal health tip is to eat as a substitute meal.
Even when I am sick, eating is such a joy of life that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say so;;
Eating is very important to me.
Initially, I lived without consuming carbohydrates to maintain my diet and health.
There was a time when I replaced my meals with things like fertility, Seonsik, and ABC juice.
It might just be me, but even if I eat something like reproductive health supplements, I feel full, but strangely, the feeling of fullness doesn't last long for me. Moreover, maybe because my brain is dull, I don't have any memory of eating or the feeling of having eaten, so I am always hungry.
So from then on, I have been finding substitute recipes to lower calories and eat foods that are more nutritious.
Then you can really enjoy a variety of different foods.
I'm not insisting on only low-calorie foods blindly; there are days when I consume high-calorie foods, but I try to keep the calorie intake lower than the original calorie content of the food! I make an effort to eat that way.
Therefore, most noodle dishes use konjac noodles, seaweed noodles, or similar ingredients to significantly reduce calories.
Use half of the gochujang and the rest with Sriracha sauce.
I find it not as good if I don't put any gochujang at all, haha.
I try to make sandwiches with whole grain bread or bagels.
I want to eat a sandwich, but when there's no bread, I make it like this without bread.
I prefer cooking methods that involve steaming, boiling, and marinating over stir-frying and deep-frying.
The ingredients inside the kimbap are also all blanched in water without stir-frying before eating.
I eat well and keep my stomach healthy. I also exercise.
If you are someone who finds great joy in eating like me, try finding alternative foods to manage your health!
