Black sesame porridge / Japchae

Potato and tofu egg soup, stir-fried anchovies, seasoned black beans

Braised burdock root, seasoned perilla leaves, cubed radish kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, cabbage, broccoli + mustard sauce, raw fish + soy sauce

 

• One round of side dish patrol

I ate a lot of japchae!

From now on, I will eat more carbohydrates, especially rice...

As part of that, I should also try yulmu tea and misutgaru!
