Introduction to My Healthy Longevity Diet

I always have breakfast in the order of an apple, boiled egg, and sweet potato, and finish with yogurt + nuts and coffee. Additionally, I always take the Jongkundang Lactofit probiotic, which helps with digestion and promotes regular bowel movements. I also drink more than 1 to 1.5 liters of water and engage in healthy exercise such as walking 10,000 steps a day, which are key to maintaining colon health.
