I tried various healthy foods, but in the end, it all came down to soy milk.
I also ate salad, and although the preparation time was short, it still surprisingly took up quite a bit of time.
Since I am on a diet, I was looking for something very simple that requires almost no preparation time, so I chose soy milk.
I especially like Dr. Hwang Seong-joo's domestic soybean soy milk, black bean, and high-calcium products.
Besides protein, I enjoy eating it because of its high calcium content, which is a double benefit.
