My healthy meals are tofu and soft tofu made from domestically produced soybeans.
Especially, I enjoy the premium grade domestic soybean tofu and soft tofu from Pulmuone.
I originally like tofu, and it's easy to prepare and rich in protein, so I enjoy eating it.
Lately, I've been especially into salads made with soft tofu, and I found that you can enjoy a variety of flavors depending on the dressing.
In a way, there's not much difference, but I think it's also cost-effective and good in terms of time.
