My own healthy food: Pulmuone Natto, taking care of it

I don't really like bean rice and bean dishes.

I end up eating natto.

So I make sure to eat protein for breakfast, which also helps me take care of my health, and I start the day feeling good. I enjoy eating it in various ways—wrapped in seaweed, mixed with rice, added to salads—so I like the variety.My own healthy food: Pulmuone Natto, taking care of it
