Hello, I would like to introduce my own healthy food at this event. These days, I am focused on dieting, and when I get hungry, I tend to crave greasy and carbohydrate-rich foods with high calories. The main thing I eat and drink is soy milk, specifically dried black soybean soy milk. It has both a sweet and a plain flavor. I don't add sugar; instead, I use pear juice to enhance the sweetness, which I think is better. Drinking one pack gives me a good sense of fullness, making it a great snack. Also, it is good for preventing hair loss, so I recommend it.
