My personal healthy food is Pulmuone whole granola.

I tend to eat a lot of granola as a healthy food.

It is also because I want to refrain from unnecessary flour-based foods and because they are rich in nutrients and filling.

Currently, I mix Pulmuone Whole Grain Granola and Low-Sugar Oats & Nuts to eat, which contain a variety of grains such as brown rice, oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cocoa, and cashews, providing good satiety and a delicious taste.

It is quite filling when you have a meal together with milk.

It's great to pick one up and eat it as a snack when you're hungry.
