My own healthy diet: boiled eggs and apples

I almost always eat eggs for breakfast. Along with an apple~

These days, apples are so expensive that I can't eat them every day, but I always make sure to eat eggs. Since I am in the pre-diabetic stage and as I age, muscle mass decreases, so always include eggs in your diet.
