And for the three meals, I make and eat food that allows for balanced nutrition with rice and side dishes.

I make sure to eat in a way that none of the five major nutrients are deficient.

And for dessert, after breakfast, I eat apples, and after dinner, I eat strawberries, bananas, and other fruits.

After retiring, I have plenty of free time and I make sure to eat well.

In addition, I take vitamins, magnesium, and dairy products every day.

I think I've done my best for health with a healthy meal. Haha
