My personal healthy food is seasonal fruits and Greek yogurt.
Last year, I was extremely ill and my condition worsened to the point of needing a comprehensive hospital, so I started frequenting the hospital as if it were my own home.
I have become a bit more interested in health. Since then, I have been gradually taking supplements and avoiding foods that are bad for my body.
Although it is being reduced, in fact, everything is like that, and the immediate effect is minimal. In the midst of that, I want to help a little more with health.
Seasonal fruits that I have started eating. Of course, just eating that feels a bit lacking, so I also include Greek yogurt, which is good for health.
I started eating it together with additional ingredients. Eating plain Greek yogurt with seasonal fruits not only tastes good but is also good for the body.
