On busy mornings, I have fruit, boiled eggs, turmeric powder, oatmeal, and milk for my meal...^^

These days, apple prices are so high that I am thinking of switching to bananas instead...ㅠㅠ

Boiled eggs are eaten with turmeric powder.

Turmeric powder has anti-inflammatory effects, so it's better to eat it together with salt...^^

And finally, I eat oatmeal with milk.

Oatmeal is recommended for people with high cholesterol or blood sugar... hehe
