Healthy diet cucumber salad

Today, I will introduce a healthy and appropriate cucumber salad for a meal.

These days, vegetables and fruit prices are really high. I bought five cucumbers at the neighborhood store for around 4,000 won.

After washing the cucumber thoroughly, cut it into bite-sized pieces, briefly salt it and let it sit, then rinse with water and remove excess moisture.

Add gochujang, sesame oil, vinegar, oligosaccharide, and salt, then mix well. Recently, thinly slice the trending green onions.

Add the sliced ingredients and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds at the end for a healthy and delicious meal.
