This is my favorite healthy diet meal lately. It's good for dieting and also delicious, so I enjoy eating it. It's easy to make and packed with healthy vegetables, so it's a win-win! Usually, I make it with cabbage, tofu, and eggs, but today I ran out of cabbage and tofu, so I used eggs, mushrooms, and carrots, and it turned out tasty too!! I added a little olive oil and garlic, and a bit of oyster sauce for seasoning. It's flavorful enough to eat without sauce, but when the sauce is lacking, Sriracha is the go-to!! This is truly a healthy meal I eat quite often these days.
