I started eating it, and since I had stomach issues, I have been eating cabbage salad for over a year. I have stopped all medications related to my stomach, and now I am maintaining a very healthy stomach condition. Cabbage is that beneficial for the stomach.
It's almost like a natural remedy.
I started making and eating cabbage salad because my stomach wasn't feeling well, but if there's no cabbage in the refrigerator more than rice,

Shred the cabbage and wash it thoroughly, then shake off the water in a vegetable spinner. Place it in a Lock & Lock container. Each time you eat, add the shredded cabbage, olives, paprika, carrots, cooked broccoli, boiled eggs, and any other desired ingredients. For the dressing, you can make either an oriental sauce or a balsamic sauce. Just before eating, mix in some olive oil or perilla seed oil for extra flavor. For toppings, sprinkle cacao nibs and hemp seeds, or add almonds or walnuts. These add a nutty texture and enhance the crunch, making the salad incredibly delicious.

However, just eating salad and then trying to consume protein and carbohydrates separately takes a lot of time and feels too complicated.
So, the way I settled into my routine is by making salads that allow me to eat salad along with nuts and carbohydrates like sweet pumpkin, which are rich in dietary fiber and protein. Eating this way, I feel like I get enough nutrients that I don't even need to take supplements. It truly feels like a clean diet that promotes health, and after eating, I feel very comfortable and never feel nutritionally deficient.

Nuts: 3 walnuts, 3 Brazil nuts, 15g of hemp seeds
15g of cacao nibs, three pieces of steamed pumpkin
Two boiled eggs and overnight chia seeds
