My healthy snack is pumpkin porridge.When I don't want to eat breakfast in the morning or want to avoid fasting

A snack eaten comfortably between meals when you're hungry even after eating.

I boiled old pumpkin and a little glutinous rice with almost no sugar, divided it into small containers, stored several containers in the freezer, and when I want to eat, I heat it in the microwave.
