Refreshing and hearty kimchi soybean sprout porridge

On rainy days, you can enjoy a cool and hearty meal.

I need aged kimchi, bean sprouts, and broth.

Remove the inside of the kimchi and chop it finely.

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.

Put kimchi, bean sprouts, and a bowl of cold rice into a slightly larger pot.

Boil for about 10 minutes.

Once everything is cooked, season with tuna fish sauce.

On rainy days like today, enjoy a warm, freshly boiled meal.
