I mostly eat salads for lunch alone.
Especially, the first foods I eat are types like cabbage or radish.
It is good for health and also makes the stomach feel comfortable when eaten.
So, I keep various salad ingredients on hand and make salads to eat.

This is a healthy homemade salad.
