This is a cabbage salad that I eat every morning.
(Shredded cabbage + olive oil + balsamic vinegar + cheese)
Sprinkle extra virgin olive oil on thinly sliced cabbage and add balsamic vinegar. I purchased balsamic vinegar that contains over 60-70% grape concentrate with no additives. Finally, sprinkle cheese on top, which makes it a great meal not only for dieting but also beneficial for blood sugar levels. I like to add a touch of sweet brown cheese. Instead of brown cheese, ricotta or kaymak cheese also pair very well. Changing the cheese every few days keeps the salad feeling fresh.
