This is a dish I made because I wanted to eat warm and easy-to-eat food during the cold snap caused by the late cold spell.
From the morning, I finely chopped tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, chickpeas, and onions, and simmered them thoroughly.
If you simmer it for a long time and mash it, it becomes fluffy and turns into a thick, soup-like consistency.
It's good to eat it with bread or just eat it with a drizzle of oil.
It's a warm, delicious, and healthy soup, so I want to recommend it to others as well.
