I eat O.N.A.O. every evening.

They abbreviate overnight oatmeal as O.Na.O.

How to make it

Four tablespoons of oatmeal and one spoonful of honey in unsweetened yogurt from the night before

I put in blueberries and store them in the refrigerator before going to sleep.

And the next morning or evening, nuts and bananas

Eating with added roasted brown rice also provides a great sense of fullness.

A diet high in dietary fiber is also very good for constipation~

I'm intermittent fasting, so I have Korean food for lunch.

Having a simple dinner of O.N.O. and chicken breast.

I no longer take probiotics~

Fast and comfortable, good for bowel movements, and also helps with dieting
