Like typical children, our kids are also picky eaters, haha.

It's quite tricky, isn't it? For example, I like eggs but I don't eat egg soup.

I eat grilled dumplings, but I don't eat dumpling soup.

I eat seasoned chives but do not eat chive pancakes.

I eat French fries but I don't eat stir-fried potatoes.

 

Still, as I wrote above, changing the recipe also makes it enjoyable to eat.

Especially, they won't eat beans, green onions, or onions no matter how you prepare them.

I don't care about anything else, but I really want to feed them beans.

They always filter it out and don't even put it in their mouth.

They don't eat doenjang (fermented soybean paste) or tofu either. 😢

So I almost gave up and lived.

 

A few months ago, my mother-in-law sent me a lot of sesame oil.

You know sesame oil is good for your body~~ for the kids to eat.

They sent us perilla seeds they grew and pressed themselves.

Perilla oil is beneficial for health because it contains low levels of saturated fats and trans fats.

They gave me such good perilla seed oil to feed the children.

Our children don't even eat perilla oil ㅠㅠ

Try adding it to seasoned vegetables, put it in bibimbap, dip it in soy sauce, and have them eat it with kimchi.

I tried various things, but they said it smelled bad and didn't eat it ㅠ

In the end, I thought that my husband and I should diligently eat even if it's just the two of us.

I was 고민하다 and thought of making sesame oil tofu grill, so I made it.

But surprisingly~~ our children

Mom, it smells so good~~~ What's that?? They all gathered around!

At this moment, I thought it was the right time, so I gave him a piece of kimchi to eat.

I ate well, saying it was very savory and delicious!!

Especially, our daughter has been captivated by this tofu dish ever since then.

Eating a block of tofu alone is a quick snack.

I haven't tried other tofu dishes yet, but I really love sesame oil tofu stir-fry!!

    들기름을 가열시키면 발암 물질이 생깁니다
    안 먹느니만 못하죠. 두부를을식용유에 구운후에 들기름 뿌려서 드세요. 아이들한테 가열된 들기름은 무지 좋지 않습니다
