My daily personal health routine item I always take care of and eat

With healthy food, along with diet management and exercise

As I am approaching fifty-two years of age

Consistently supplementing with health supplements to fill in the gaps.

I take probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning, vitamins after lunch, and omega-3 without fail.

 

My long-standing routine item has helped me endure my work life without draining my energy.
