These days, my healthy food is nutritious tofu.

 

Recently, I started dieting again for health reasons, so I was thinking about what to eat healthily.

Buy a lot of tofu at the mart and eat it with every meal.

I am frying tofu in olive oil and eating it.

It's so savory, light, and great for protein intake. Plus, I can also consume olive oil.

A completely nutritious protein-packed meal haha

It's so delicious when you eat it right away while it's hot that it disappears in an instant.

I recommend my healthy tofu dish.

    두부 튀김 정말 맛있어 보이네요. 단백질 함량이 많아서 다이어트 건강식으로 참 제격이죠. 고소한 두부 그냥 먹어도 맛있는데 기름 두르고 먹으면 맛있는게 두배 ㅎㅎ 영양최고
