My own healthy morning oatmeal bowl

These days, many people are eating them.

It's a menu I've been eating for quite a long time as well.

Superfoods that are good for the body, such as oats and three types of berries.

Including three types of seeds rich in plant-based omega-3.

It's good to also chop the apples finely and add some nuts on top.

I often eat yogurt with added sugar beet, but there was none on this day.
