I am enjoying healthy meals made with rice mixed with fermented reishi mushrooms.
First, wash the regular rice, then place the unwashed brown rice on top and cook the rice as usual.
It seems that the brown rice fermented with the reishi mushroom mycelium is easy to digest and tastes good.
It is said to be good for anti-inflammatory purposes, so I am taking it consistently despite the expensive price. It's convenient because I can add it to my regular rice, making it easier to take regularly.
