It may look a bit simple, but my personal healthy meal is kimchi fried rice.
Cut the oil, kimchi, and tofu into small pieces and stir-fry them over heat.
It's hard to cook all the way in the kitchen, but I like that I can easily make simple meals with kimchi, tofu, and rice instead of bread or snacks.
Since kimchi is salted cabbage, it contains dietary fiber and probiotics, and tofu is high in protein, so it's a healthy food, right?
Next time, I plan to try making it with a bit more variety of ingredients.
