Hello? As I grow older day by day, I am someone who realizes the importance of health supplements.

I occasionally take vitamins, but I don't prefer to take medication regularly.

I mainly try to maintain my health through food.

Especially, I often cook and eat cheonggukjang.

It's burdensome to eat outside because of the smell, but it's still okay to cook and eat at home.

Fermented soybean paste with various fresh ingredients is a health food in itself.

Cheonggukjang contains a large amount of Bacillus bacteria and has five times more dietary fiber than regular foods, making it a very healthy food for the intestines.

It even helps with cancer treatment, so I think it's a really good traditional food of our country.
