Since four years ago, I have been trying to eat one salad a day. I didn't like vegetables very much, but to eat them, I made dressings tailored to my taste. I had a serious illness once, and the hospital required me to eat certain foods, so I prepared various vegetables to suit my style. I mix yuzu syrup or fruit syrup with olive oil in equal parts, add a pinch of salt, and squeeze in lemon juice. In my case, I add a lot of apple vinegar to make the mixture quite thin. If you've been eating this way for four years, you might get tired of it, but for those who prefer to customize to their taste or dislike boiling or cooking, creating your own method like this is also okay.
