My own healthy food Greek Day yogurt

 

It is comfortable and also filling.

Even when I don't eat much meat, I still get enough protein supplementation.

I'm trying Greek yogurt and taking turns eating drinkable yogurt.

Recently, I have been eating a lot of Greek yogurt.

They also sell granola to eat as a yogurt topping, and it's crispy and delicious.
