Drinking soy milk is convenient, but there are many additives included as supplements.
I bought it because I think the truly healthy way is to eat soy milk purely and healthily.
It's actually quite easy to make and eat than I thought.
Just soybeans and water, or soybeans and milk, or maybe almonds or peanuts.
Eating it with nuts makes it really savory and delicious.
This is my healthy meal that can be enjoyed deliciously without any other additives.
