I work out every day, but since I mainly do cardio exercises, I don't build muscle easily. It would be better to do more strength training, but I don't have much free time, so I started eating this when I exercise. Compared to similar products, the price and protein content are quite good.

Basically, the protein content per single dose is 25g (usually 6g in one egg), so just drinking this alone easily meets half of the daily intake, which is great.

The only downside is that it doesn't dissolve well in cold water. It dissolves better in lukewarm water.
