My own protein item is eggs.

There are so many foods that contain protein nutrients. In fact, it might be easier to create a diet without any protein.

 

I think it's not an exaggeration to say that it's to the point of being difficult. However, it can also be quite hard to take it regularly if you want to take care of it subtly.

 

In the meantime, eggs are usually kept in the refrigerator in several quantities, making them the most convenient to eat.

 

I think it might be food. There are so many recipes that can be made with eggs, which you can enjoy without going out on holidays.

 

Because of that, it's easy to eat, and if you're too lazy to do anything else, just put water in a pot and boil it, then boiled eggs are also good.
