Today's yogurt

 

I try to eat one yogurt a day.

 

2 spoons of yogurt

Cabbage

Fresh perilla, crispy chickpeas, walnuts, coconut chips, macadamia

Plum extract, ginger jujube extract, stonecrop powder

Frozen blueberries

 

I added five blueberries after taking the photo!

 

Eat nuts that contain a lot of fat!

Dried fruits or fruits should be added conscientiously.

Eat cabbage yogurt before eating rice!

 

This is the standard I set for myself ☺️
