Plum extract, ginger jujube extract, stonecrop powder
Frozen blueberries
I added five blueberries after taking the photo!
Eat nuts that contain a lot of fat!
Dried fruits or fruits should be added conscientiously.
Eat cabbage yogurt before eating rice!
