This is a protein bar purchased at GS25 convenience store🤎

Actually, I bought it without much expectation, but it was rich, not too sweet, and quite enjoyable to eat~

I think the price was around 2,000 won? I might want to buy it again when I feel like having a chocolate-flavored protein bar!

It wasn't that sweet, and just eating one was enough to feel somewhat full haha.

And since it doesn't have a texture with lots of nuts or anything inside that you have to chew vigorously, I especially recommend it for those who find very chewy protein bars a bit burdensome.😘

Carbohydrates are 3.9g

Dietary fiber is 5g.

They say so, hehe.

The overall calorie count isn't that high, so I think it's just right to eat an almond breeze and a protein bar together after exercising at night before going to bed!
