My annual goal is to exercise and diet for health.
When I crave a snack, I eat a protein bar before or after exercise.
When I go to Traders, I always pick up the O Granola "Protein Bar."
It's small, so it's easy to eat, and I take one before exercise and one after exercise.
When I feel like a snack, I also take care of it. Mini-ra, I eat it without 부담.
