Basically, it has a high protein content.
Sugars are relatively low, which is good.
Crunchy and crispy, but not hard, so it's easy to eat.
It's good for quickly supplementing protein when you're tired of chicken breast.
However, it's a bit disappointing that the calorie content is quite high.
