I recently noticed a decrease in my activity level and was trying to supplement with protein.
Harim chicken breast protein bar.
Since I don't exercise professionally, it's easy to eat and good as a meal replacement.
Since I eat it with fruit, I don't need a separate meal.
It tastes sweet, but it doesn't interfere much with eating.
I'm also trying to control my weight, but I'm not sure if it will help yet.
