The health drink I am introducing is Cooper's.

Coopers is a product of Korea Yakult.

There are two pills inside the lid, containing milk thistle and four types of vitamin B.

Once opened, you can take it as is without removing the pills separately. It also tastes good. In terms of efficacy, it protects the liver and helps improve fatigue. So, when I feel tired, I drink this instead of an energy drink.
