저도 다이어드 식단 짜놓기만 하고 실천하려는 중에 망했어요..ㅠㅠ 월욜부터 다시 시작해야겠네요
There are so many types of chicken breast.
I bought Gubne chicken breast steak for its cost-effectiveness.
Even trying to follow a diet feels financially burdensome.
Try eating the Gonnie first.
I'm planning to try other types next time.
It's still a bit difficult to eat the original chicken breast.
At least, I think steak types are better.
