A glass of soy milk (200ml) contains 9.5g of protein, which is quite good, right? I also like that it has 100 calories and 2g of sugar. However, since it's soy protein, it has 5.2g of fat, so I don't think you should drink too much. If you're on a keto diet, you might be able to drink more.
It is a simple product to drink for protein supplementation and also tastes good.
