I am eating HiHum Protein Balance as a substitute for breakfast.
It's okay to mix it with water and drink, but I prefer to mix it with soy milk. It's unsweetened, 100% soy milk.
It has a savory taste without being greasy, and it also provides a feeling of fullness, so I don't feel hungry.
I get through lunch without any problems.
