I buy plain yogurt at the supermarket.
Then, pour the yogurt onto the cloth at home. After that, place something heavy on top and leave it. That's it! It's so simple, right? Haha
The whey quickly passes through the cloth, resulting in a firm Greek yogurt.
I usually eat it with honey, and to feel more full, nuts are also good. It's also great to add fresh fruit for a refreshing taste.
