Since it's not a diet but a healthy meal, adding dressing or sauce to eat together is 부담없이
It would be good to take care of it. Boiled eggs are good, and chicken breast is also good. Anything is okay.
However, to avoid it being too greasy or overeating, it is recommended to include tofu.
Adding imitation crab or crab will greatly enhance the flavor. And if it's a healthy dish, it's absolutely essential.
Don't forget to include plenty of vegetables. I also added some lettuce that's wilting in the fridge's crisper drawer.
