[My Personal Healthy Diet] Eating Vegetables

 

I would like to introduce my own healthy recipe.

I majored in cooking and also made a living as a chef.

I eat various kinds of dishes as well.

Consistently since exactly five years ago, fresh seasonal vegetables and wraps.

I'm trying to make an effort to eat well.

 

I had severe constipation.

I take a lot of medicine and go to the hospital often.

When I had a colonoscopy, polyps were always found and removed.

My hemorrhoids worsened so much that I even had hemorrhoid surgery.

 

Regretting and reflecting deeply on neglecting my health.

Since I couldn't change everything all at once, I tried to change gradually, step by step.

 

One of them is that I didn't eat raw vegetables well.

I have eaten some seasoned vegetables made from cooked greens.

Is it the grassy taste of raw vegetables? I don't like the taste of raw vegetables.

I really kept my distance, but now I think I should eat it.

 

From the year when the colon polypectomy and hemorrhoid surgery were performed together

I tried very hard to eat raw vegetables.

As I kept taking it consistently to some extent, my body definitely started to tell me.

Since last year, no polyps have been found during colonoscopy.

Hemorrhoids tend to recur easily, so many cases require re-surgery.

Hemorrhoids are still doing well without any problems.

 

As a result, raw vegetables are now almost entirely included in my diet.

Now that I know the taste of raw vegetables, I realize how delicious they really are, so I eat them well now.

To family members, acquaintances around you, and people who dislike vegetables

I highly recommend making sure to eat well!!
